O equil\u00edbrio entre a carga de responsabilidade\u2028e o comprometimento dos servidores que exercem\u2028a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Judicial da JFRS \u00e9 fundamental para\u2028a tranquilidade e a seguran\u00e7a da rotina de todos os magistrados, servidores, estagi\u00e1riose colaboradores que aqui atuam.<\/span><\/p>\n

A preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a seguran\u00e7a j\u00e1 \u00e9 um assunto antigo no Poder Judici\u00e1rio da Uni\u00e3o. Tudo come\u00e7ou em 1949, quando foi estabelecida a seguran\u00e7a institucional com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo de Guarda Judici\u00e1rio no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n

Em 1968, foram criados os cargos no Tribunal Federal de Recursos, com a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o “Guarda de Seguran\u00e7a”; em 1973 o cargo foi criado no STF e ganhou a denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cAgente de Seguran\u00e7a Judici\u00e1ria\u201d assim permanecendo em todas as legisla\u00e7\u00f5es subsequentes, at\u00e9 a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da\u2028<\/span>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 344\/2020 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que definiu a nova nomenclatura “Agente da Pol\u00edcia Judicial”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Desde o in\u00edcio, a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das tarefas dos agentes envolviam a responsabilidade pela seguran\u00e7a das pessoas, instala\u00e7\u00f5es, bens patrimoniais, condu\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos e manuseio de armas de fogo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Com o avan\u00e7o da JFRS, o crescimento das demandas e o aumento do p\u00fablico jurisdicionado, percebeu-se a necessidade de melhorar a estrutura do sistema de seguran\u00e7a. A cada ano evidencia-se a crescente relev\u00e2ncia das atividades de intelig\u00eancia, planejamento, execu\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a institucional que o grupo exerce.<\/span><\/p>
