Um projeto in\u00e9dito que iniciou com audi\u00eancias na tentativa de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o entre partes e a Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal em a\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas do SFH &#8211; Sistema Financeiro de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e que, com altos \u00edndices de sucesso, serviu como ponto de partida para v\u00e1rias iniciativas voltadas \u00e0 concilia\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/><br \/>Em 20 anos de hist\u00f3ria, a experi\u00eancia da Justi\u00e7a Federal ga\u00facha mostra que a concilia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma importante ferramenta para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o colaborativa dos problemas de forma eficiente.<\/p><p>Tratando desde o hist\u00f3rico da pr\u00e1tica de concilia\u00e7\u00f5es no pa\u00eds at\u00e9 seus casos mais recentes e as produ\u00e7\u00f5es do direito a esse respeito, a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o procura apresentar a import\u00e2ncia da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos judiciais e sua relev\u00e2ncia para a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a justi\u00e7a e a
