O munic\u00edpio de Bag\u00e9 recebeu sua primeira Vara Federal em 10 de setembro de 1993, criada pela Lei n\u00ba 8.424, de 19 de maio de 1992.<\/a> A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o n\u00ba 1, de 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 1993<\/a>, e a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o se deu pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do TRF4 n\u00ba 55, de 30 de agosto de 1993<\/a>).<\/p>

A solenidade de instala\u00e7\u00e3o foi presidida pelo Desembargador Federal Gilson Langaro Dipp, Presidente do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o. O Juiz Federal Vilson Dar\u00f3s, Diretor do Foro da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria do Rio Grande do Sul estava acompanhado do Juiz Federal Luiz Cl\u00e1udio Flores da Cunha, que foi o primeiro Diretor do Foro da Subse\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria de Bag\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Atentos aos efeitos que a crise sanit\u00e1ria causada pela pandemia do Covid-19 provocou no munic\u00edpio de Bag\u00e9, ju\u00edza, servidores e estagi\u00e1rios da Justi\u00e7a Federal se mobilizaram, mesmo \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia, em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o solid\u00e1ria voltada para uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o de geriatria. A iniciativa surgiu em decorr\u00eancia do agravamento da pandemia na cidade e de todas suas repercuss\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas dentro da comunidade. Assim, foram arrecadadas mais de 1500 fraldas geri\u00e1tricas, al\u00e9m de leite e itens de vestu\u00e1rio, que foram entregues ainda em 2020.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A primeira sede da Justi\u00e7a Federal de Bag\u00e9 foi localizada na Rua General Neto n\u00ba 19, no Edif\u00edcio Ibag\u00e9, e contou inicialmente com 09 servidores.<\/p>

A segunda sede da Justi\u00e7a Federal de Bag\u00e9 foi inaugurada em 1998 e com funcionamento at\u00e9 2011, localizada na Rua General Os\u00f3rio, 900.<\/p>

Em maio de 2011 foi inaugurada a mais recente sede no munic\u00edpio. A cerim\u00f4nia foi conduzida pelo ent\u00e3o presidente do TRF4, Desembargador Federal Vilson Dar\u00f3s, e contou com a presen\u00e7a dos ju\u00edzes federais Marcelo De Nardi e Loraci Flores de Lima, respectivamente diretores de Foro da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria do Rio Grande do Sul (SJRS) e da Subse\u00e7\u00e3o de Bag\u00e9. Tamb\u00e9m compareceram autoridades locais, representantes da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal, advogados e representa\u00e7\u00e3o seccional ga\u00facha da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB\/RS).<\/p>
