Os processos judiciais cont\u00eam registros de fatos, ocorr\u00eancias e demandas sociais de diferentes \u00e9pocas, do per\u00edodo de 1890 (instala\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Federal em sua primeira fase) at\u00e9 os dias de hoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A gest\u00e3o dos documentos envolve procedimentos e opera\u00e7\u00f5es para a guarda adequada, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o e acesso, de modo que sejam garantidos direitos dos jurisdicionados,&nbsp; relativos a processos findos, bem como preservadas informa\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes para fins hist\u00f3ricos, sociais e culturais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gest\u00e3o documental e arquivo s\u00e3o compet\u00eancias do N\u00facleo de Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Mem\u00f3ria da Justi\u00e7a Federal ga\u00facha, e contam com apoio e delibera\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Documental. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>No ano de 2015, a JFRS realizou a candidatura de um conjunto de dois processos pertencentes ao seu arquivo e foi selecionada pela Comiss\u00e3o Nacional do Programa Mem\u00f3ria do Mundo.O conjunto intitula-se \u201cDecis\u00f5es que marcaram \u00e9poca: a caminhada do Poder Judici\u00e1rio no reconhecimento de direitos sociais aos Homossexuais\u201d.<\/p><p>Um dos processos garantiu a um homossexual o direito de ser inclu\u00eddo como benefici\u00e1rio no plano de sa\u00fade de seu companheiro, em 1996. Senten\u00e7a do ent\u00e3o Juiz Federal e hoje Desembargador Roger Raupp Rios.<\/p><p>O outro processo, a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica sentenciada pela ju\u00edza federal Simone Barbisan Fortes no ano 2000, garantiu aos homossexuais a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios previdenci\u00e1rios como pens\u00e3o por morte e aux\u00edlio-reclus\u00e3o decorrentes do falecimento ou da pris\u00e3o de seus companheiros.<\/p><p>A entrega do certificado de registro \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Federal ga\u00facha ocorreu em dezembro de 2015, no Arquivo Nacional no Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gest\u00e3o da Mem\u00f3ria Arquivo e Gest\u00e3o Documental O arquivo da Justi\u00e7a Federal do Rio Grande do Sul \u00e9 formado por processos judiciais e documentos administrativos que registram o dia a dia da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de seus colaboradores.
