class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Considerando a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 10.259\/2001 que instituiu os Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis e Criminais no \u00e2mbito da Justi\u00e7a Federal (JEFs), foi instalado o primeiro JEF no interior ga\u00facho, adjunto \u00e0 1\u00aa Vara Federal de Rio Grande, em 14\/01\/2002. Com a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/memoria.jfrs.jus.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RESOLUCAO-58-2002.pdf\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 58, de 04\/09\/2002 do TRF4<\/a>, o JEF tornou-se uma vara independente, a qual deu origem \u00e0 atual 3\u00aa Vara Federal de Rio Grande.<\/p><p>O JEF de Rio Grande tamb\u00e9m teve funcionamento em car\u00e1ter itinerante, na cidade de Santa Vit\u00f3ria do Palmar no ano de 2003. Em 2005, atrav\u00e9s de conv\u00eanio entre a Justi\u00e7a Federal e o munic\u00edpio, foi instalado o Juizado Especial Federal Avan\u00e7ado (JEFA) naquela cidade. Mais tarde, em 2012, este Juizado transformou-se na Unidade Avan\u00e7ada de Atendimento da Justi\u00e7a Federal em Santa Vit\u00f3ria do Palmar.<\/p><p>No dia 28 de julho de 2003 foi implantado em Rio Grande o sistema de processo eletr\u00f4nico, chamado eproc v1, criado especialmente voltado para os processos dos JEFs.\u00a0\u00a0Em 2009, foi implantada a nova vers\u00e3o do processo eletr\u00f4nico da Justi\u00e7a Federal da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, eproc v2, em Rio
